At Wolf Hill, we’re committed to helping you have a successful experience with your purchases. Below are the details of our return and refund policies to help set clear expectations.
Plants & Living Material
No Returns on Plants
Because plants are living things and can be exposed to insects, diseases, and environmental conditions once they leave our care, we do not accept returns on plant materials.No Warranty on Certain Plants
We do not offer warranties or refunds on annuals, perennials, herbs, vegetables, roses, grasses, tropical plants, houseplants, or similar varieties. These are sold as-is and are non-refundable if they do not survive after purchase.Trees & Shrubs Warranty
Trees and shrubs are backed by a 6-month warranty, as long as they’ve been properly cared for.It's the customer’s responsibility to follow our planting and watering instructions. These are available:

Please note: This is not a satisfaction guarantee. If a plant is alive, it does not qualify for replacement under warranty.
Non-Plant Merchandise
Return Window
Most non-plant items may be returned within 15 days of purchase with the original receipt. Items must be in original condition and packaging.After 15 days, store credit only will be issued (no refunds).
Some items may be marked as non-returnable and are excluded.
Refund Methods
Cash purchases (over $50): Refund will be issued by check (within 15 days); otherwise, store credit.
Check payments: Refunds issued only after the check clears, which may take up to 14 days.
Credit card purchases: Refunds go back to the original card (card must be present). Otherwise, a store credit will be issued.
Debit card purchases: Refunds are issued as cash (under $20) or by check. Refunds cannot be issued back to the debit card.
Gift card purchases: Refunds will be issued as a new Wolf Hill gift card.
Landscape Materials & Bulk Products
Landscape Material Returns: Subject to a minimum $50 pickup/restocking fee. Store credit only if past 15 days.
Bulk items, stone, pavers, and cobblestones: Returns must be pre-approved by our Landscape Materials Manager and are subject to a restocking fee. No cash refunds after 15 days—store credit only.
Other Return Guidelines
Special orders & final sale items: Not returnable.
Seasonal/holiday items: Returnable within 15 days of purchase with receipt. No store credits issued after 15 days.
